Who needs it more than smokers? What better way to deliver said product than via an inherently oral device?

       Similarly, I have read that certain teeth whitening products are perhaps responsible for a few cases of mouth cancers in otherwise young, healthy people.   

       Of course, I suppose that would only make sense when combined with the product idea proposed here.
