A teacup (fine white bone China of course), with optics built into bottom of the cup that lets you move your cup about, and acting as a mouse with a button on the top of the handle, and another on the inside of the handle acting as lefts and rights, with a small pressure pad below the top button to act
as a scroller.
Why do you ask, would you require this..well how many times has a good cup of tea gone to waste whilst you were festidiously working away.. you could carry on working while never having taken your hand off the mouse for a slirp of tea...
Obviously it would have to be a remote mouse, otherwise you could have one with a cable which would stop people knocking off your cup...but washing it could be an issue.. and in another 3 to 4 thousand years you could use the heat from the cup to run a small steam turbine to power your mouse...

Of course, there is the chance that most of my tea will end up in the keyboard when I get particularly excited by a game of "Space Invaders"... |

Heh, "festidious". Is that when you work scrupulously and meticulously at party planning? |

Tap the spoon twice to double-click? |

Damn. Gotta refill my mouse. Yeah, yeah, I'll have it done in time. Just get me another croissant. |

Running low on tea ... and the letter S again.
Thanks, bliss |

Actually, this is one of the few devices that might actually be able to run off of a Peltier junction, since mice use so little power. The wireless optical mouse I have claims to be able to run for half a year on two AA batteries. |

Bonus, because when your tea gets cold you have a good excuse to go get a refill. |

And, [piggywig]. How blatantly self-promoting are you? (go piggy, go piggy). Welcome to the HB. |
