       What you need is an array of 17 Flowbees under CNC control. Upload your file; haircut in 12 seconds follows.   

       Alternatively, have one of those helmet things they have at hairdressers, but designed to suck, and with 17 cutter heads inside. That would save on piping, so it's uglier; but I think it may be more practical.
