Probably already exists somewhere, but so far addons only reload tabs, without reporting that they've changed or by what percentage.

hmm, a friend of mine writes software-testing software. He
uses image analysis to spot the differences between how
different software versions react to test inputs. It highlights
changes in red. A bit like this I suppose. |
