custom made suitcases

custom build suitcases to suit the user. I travel a lot, and find packing and the whole suitcase concept a real bane. After my suitcase has been through the ill-treating hands of the baggage handlers, I find everything to be a twisted mess. This is mainly due to the fact that you pack a bunch of things into a 2-compartment box, which then gets thrown around. Its bound to get messy.

Theres a wide range of travel accessories for sale out there, and I've tried them all. Some are rather effective, especially the shirt saver. But I still think this could all be improved.

Building suitcases with several different-sized zipable compartments would solve this.

On short trips I take a roller, packed with a few T shirts/shirts, a couple pairs of jeans/trousers, 2 pairs of shoes, boxers and socks, toiletries and some random small bits and bobs. If had a case made with relative sized comparments for all my stuff, I would be guarenteed a tidy, hasslefree, organised trip.

You can have custom cases built by a company that builds cases for musical equipment (eg. Clydesdale, see link).
