Stubborn Yoga
Because you can get into some really strange positions when you argue. | |
A yoga system based on conflict. The instructor assumes a position that is contrary to your own in a mocking, taunting way. As long as you are stubborn you will assume a position to counter this. The instructor assumes another counter-position and so on.
By doing this, you 'argue' your way through
a wide variety of exercises and assume positions of such laughable impossibility that you would never otherwise achieve.
Bonus points are achieved by the instructor (who after all knows that this is nothing but a silly game) if he or she is capable of making you achieve their original position without your realising it.
