At each monthly meeting, members would vote on ONE and only one new member to join from the pool of monthly applicants. Applicants would submit proof of their name (copy of birth certificate, for example) and hope to be chosen as that month's sole new member. Applicants could reapply again and again,
but every application would cost a nominal fee, generating revenue for the exclusive "Weird Name Club."
