These wheels have ratchets inside them so they're locked
when facing downslope
on
one side and roll when facing downslope on the other
side.
This would cause the seat and rider to spin as they slid
down. The faster they slide, the faster they spin.
The centrifugal force should project
most of any
resulting
vomit over the sides of the slide to keep the water
relatively
clean.
You could also make versions for snow and if you're really
insane, just put on larger wheels and ride it down a hill.
