We often bemoan the effects of gravity on our wobbly bits, faces and the like as we gradually do a life-long impression of a Tussauds model in Death Valley. The answer seems to be quite straightforward: spend every other day upside down. So you are the right way up on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Monday, but upside down on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, and so forth. This would counteract the effects of gravity, reduce the occurrence of varicose veins and cause you to die young of a brain haemorrhage, so there's no real down side.

I think it would be easier to spend every day horizontal than alternate days upside down.
