Little spritz bottles of Soy Sauce for Chinese Restaurants. It would easily and efficiently distribute the Soy over vast amounts of food.

After years of patient instruction, I finally got the hang of pouring soy sauce without super-soying. But this idea is most excellent! |

They make spritzers for olive oil. I'm sure you could put soy sauce in one. |

This idea is baked in the food stylist world - saw it on TV the other day where the stylist was working on a commercial shoot & she used spray soy sauce to make a cooked hamburger patty look especially nice & brown, instead of kinda grey & unappetizing. |
