Song Performance Races

When the player finishes, they throw their arms up and the judges sound a horn.

Probably need to be the same instrument to make it fair.

If they played jazz pieces it’d be good for the audience because they’d be over quicker. (Kidding, I have jazz musician friends that I love, it’s just important to bust their balls.)

But seriously, this could be more for a music class exercise thing than a performance deal. If you master a song by playing it fast, you can probably throw more nuance and feeling into it at normal speed.
