There aren't enough hats made of metals. In the olden days, knights were considered quite dapper when they had a bonce full of steel.
These days, men are reduced to wearing flimsy cotton, polyester or (at worst) straw.
What kind of message is this sending to the children?
Why not start
a hat shop that sells hats made of increasingly weighty metals? Start with aluminium, for the frailer gentleman, and build up to solid gold hats. You could make a killing on those.
On the way to being half-baked.

I recently received some papers which allow me to register my own business with the government over here. That's a good idea [Rods Tiger]. I think I might declare myself "Grand Poobah" from now on. |

When I think of this idea, I think of pimps wearing pink polyester, roaming down the street with their pimp walk, twirling their pimp cane, wearing their solid gold pimp hat, slapping their basehead pimp-sluts...Croissant wit buttah baby! |

I Like it kpx...You've got a good head on your shoulders, hence the need for a good solid hat! |

I vote for - what would OddJob do w/o a metal hat? Granted it was disguised but still "a metal-hatted society is a polite society". |
