If I ever publish a book, I'm going to put up a big sign outside my book signings saying "BOOKS SINGED BY THE AUTHOR". How everyone will laugh at the egregious typo, until they receive their lovely first edition of my book which I have lightly blow-torched.

I can't believe Ray Bradbury didn't think of this for Fahrenheit 451.

Bun for deploying the elegant yet sadly under-utilized word "egregious".

Shades of the "How to Summon Dragons" book in discworld, you can tell if it's authentic if the last pages are completely charred..
