Skyscraper Windmills

It's windy up there.

These skyscraper-mounted windmills would take advantage of the venturi effect of tall buildings, and hopefully not blow themselves up to smithereens due to high inertial, imbalance, or gyroscopic loading. Hopefully enough power to run the building?

       I'm not sure, but I think noise may be an issue. I hear that conventional wind turbines are pretty noisy.
