Wet floor signs may be helpful, but they are also fairly easy to miss. If you aren't paying too much attention to where you are going, then the next thing you know, you'll be on the floor. And what about blind people? They really don't stand a chance around wet floors. The singing wet floor sign would
solve this. It would be better if it didn't play a proper song, in case people mistook it for a radio or other background music. A simple ditty would suffice. It may sound strange, but how many people here honestly don't automatically think of ice cream when they hear the ice cream van's song?
Of course, 10 years after being introduced, a cheesy disco band would release a cover version of this, spend 3 weeks at the top of the charts and then fade into obscurity never to be heard of again.

It seems that a cone that you can record short messages on already exists [link], so just a short step to having it sing. |

//If you aren't paying too much attention to where you are going// then you might trip over the sign... |

Obviously a selection from poodle rockers Bon Jovi's "Slippery when wet", Annie Lennox's "Walking on broken glass" (for more serious spillages) or Boz Scaggs' "Lido Shuffle" Bun. |

"Slippery People" by Talking Heads
would be good, too. |

"What about the time you were rollin'

havin' fun \ walk lightly!" |

Love the idea! Croissant! |

I get knocked down... but I get up again... |

Gotta fish it though, since it seems totally baked already. |

A singing wet floor sign can also remind the janitor to put it away once the floor dries. I cant stand tripping over a wet floor sign that has been there for 2 days. |

This seems totally baked? |
