Clothing that has, on its surface, colored lines that are exactly one meter, foot, yard, centimeter, inch, and any other metric or English units of length long. That way, if you need to measure something in an emergency, you can just use your pants to do it (or hold the item to be measured next to the line on your arm). The catch here is that the measures are all concealed as part of a pattern on the clothing, so you don't go around looking like a walking ruler.

       I believe that, like the Royal Foot, the Pant Ruler suffers from changing length over time possibly in both directions depending on the fabric/location on the garment and the washing and wearing conditions.
