Cause nothing says "I care" as the door bell that confirms the
existence of the recipient with every ring.

How thoughtful. Better than releasing cyanide gas into the
house. But what if the quantum mechanic in your life
subscribes to the
many worlds interpretation? |
"Can't decide on a career? Become a quantum mechanic." |
Every time someone says, "I don't believe in Quantum Mechanics", a cat dies ..... MUHWHAHAHAHAHA ! |
We always called it Knock down Ginger |

Hey [Dub] Thanks!! We didn't have a name for it in our neighborhood, but we rang doorbells and ran away on the week before Halloween. Once a neighbor guy hid in his bushes and jumped out and grabbed me! He really scared me. Then he said he was going to tell my parents, but that didn't scare me, because they knew we did it and approved. (Only for the week before Halloween of course!) |

Surely such a door bell would be an object of terror for the recipient? Every time the bell rings you are in imminent danger of having your quantum state resolved. Possibly with terminal effects. |
The sound should actually be the noise of a wave function collapsing. |

"Sir, it's the Cat Protection League. We'd probably like to
talk to you." |
"Well, at the moment, I don't exactly know if I've got a cat or not. Why don't you go over there and open that box ?" |

[IT] - That would be Heisenberg knocking on Schroedinger's doorbell? |
Ian, shirley that would be better as
'Knock knock?'
'Who's there?'
'Heisenberg'
'Heisenberg who?'
'I'm not certain.' |
[RayfordSteele], what? Not...
'Knock knock?'
'Who's there?'
'Heisenberg'
'Bless you!... |
'Knock, knock'
'Who's there?'
'Fluffy' |
Knock knock?'
'Who's there?'
"Open the box and find out" |
"Strange, there's no one at the door"
"Charmed, I'm sure?"
"Nope, he wasn't there either" |
Knock knock.... "I may not be here" |
"knock,knock"
"Go get it"
"No, YOU go get it"
"Why do I have to go get it"
"Cause if I go get it, the probability function will
collapse"
