Who among us has not said at one time or another, "You know, this workout is okay, but it would be even better if I taped 55-gallon drums to my feet?" A STOMP™ workout program could combine the versatility (good for beginners and experts) of a variable-intensity aerobic workout, the convenience and economy of having most of your "equipment" already used for household tasks, and the fun of generating your own percussive workout music. In addition to giving you an excellent aerobic workout, this program would improve you coordination, balance, dexterity, and most importantly, give you a cool trick to do at parties.

Annotation:

Now that you mention it, this could create quite a disturbance in my dorm, though it would be fun to see what happened if everyone tried to do the same routine at the same time.

though you said that it was all found around the house... look carefully and you will find that they actually have expensive sk-boots and sometims climbing harnesses etc etc

I was hoping reference was made to Stomp in terms of the beach dance of the 60s.

Substitute cheap hiking boots for the SK's. The $20 pair i got right now is just as good for percussion purposes. As for the climbing harnesses, a little rope/extension cord and some sturdy knots or sturdy duct tape will replace that.
