Rosary iBeads

beads on which you can count

Rosary iBeads will protect your iPhone if it falls, and you can also use them to count out between your fingers, in the traditional manner of all religious beads.

Rosary iBeads come in two parts. The first part is a rubberised cover which slips over the phone, and has a U shaped slot running around its perimeter. This slot allows a set of Teflon coated rosary beads to be held firmly in place. Being chain-linked, the beads can be freely moved in rotation, either clockwise or anticlockwise.

You can now count out your beads as you use/carry your phone. Now if it falls, the resulting impact will be absorbed by the beads pressing into the protective rubber, and at least one of your prayers will be answered.

Can these double as an abacus in poor countries?

If you're that poor, your iPhone will be two tin cans and a length of string!

Tin in different colours? I was thinking perhaps of religious pilgrims.

       This is a good idea.
