A comprehensive catalog of rock's most cliched chord progessions, hooks, and licks, by number. Artists can release new songs by just listing the numbers. For example: 39-17-12 means "Hey Jude" chord progression (39) with "Symphony for the Devil" woo-woo backing vocals (17) and saxophone solo played with head tilted far back (12).
