Roadsigns with travel times

Know how long it's goint to take to drive somewhere.

Have roadsigns that dynamically display current average travel times to indicated destinations as well as absolute distances. This would be based on average speeds derived from pickup loops at strategic points along the route. Most people are more interested in how long it will take to get to a place than how far it actually is.
