The attached video describes a nonsense product with all sorts of made up names for the parts.

The idea is to actually make a functioning system using these names as a guide. You'd take each term and make a real process around it. "Unilateral phase detractors" as an example could be a thing, you take a signal, flow or process with multiple phases and detract from all of them equally. Might be a series of variable resistors on a 3 phase power source, just call it a unilateral phase detractor and during the overview explain what it does and incorporate it into your system.

Having something in reality named after a silly joke isn't without precedent. The Far Side comic strip featured a caveman addressing the room pointing to the four-spiked tail of stegosaurus and called it a "thagomizer." after the late Thag Simmons. Any paleontologists will tell you, that is now the scientific name of that spike arrangement on the tail of a stegosaurus.

So this would be a challenge for a science or engineering class to create a system plausibly using all the fictional part names and it being explained such that it makes sense. When giving an overview of the system, you'd use the term, then explain how you made one and what it does.

Would would it do? That would be the most interesting part. Might be a fun challenge for science students making science fair projects.
