A re-useable cap that clips onto an aerosol can of insecticide.

It contains an actuator, a rechargeable battery, and a bluetooth radio.

Having paired the device with a smartphone, place the can on a window cill.

When a fly wanders into range of the spray, use the smartphone app to release a small yet effective puff of neurotoxin.

The nozzle should turn to point at the fly.

Camera mounted on nozzle for direct video feed to phone over IP so you can aim and shoot when away from home.

in the dim dark ages if the 1960s, my dad had a pistol- grip aerosolizer with a detachable glass jar and replaceable freon container, allowing dispersal of arbitrary fluids.

This would have been trivial to convert to the described device.
