Rastabrellas

use dreadlocks to create umbrellas

When those with dreadlocks reach a certain age, and decide to cut them off, it seems a pity to just throw them away. Dreadlocks are totally waterproof so why not reuse them to make mad funky umbrellas, naturally to be called Rastabrellas?

The existing frame of the umbrella would remain, but the fabric covering is replaced with that of a fine supporting mesh unto which the dreadlocks are added, in the manner of a thatched cottage roof.

Other uses for dreadlocks are being developed (beaded curtains being one of them)

Q: How did the bank know it could hire a voodoo master to help increase the security of its vault?

       A: He had dreadlocks.

That is, quite possibly, the worst joke I have seen on the HB. Or anywhere else for that matter.

As far as I can recall, it's the only one. But not the best.

[MaxwellBuchanan], if you or anyone else smiled at all, after reading that joke, then it was worth telling.
