You'll probably want to match parts of speech so the resulting typo will still work as a sentence. Nouns for nouns, verbs for verbs and so on. |

A guy called Graham Rawle did a series of drawings for the Guardian (aka the Grauniad) entitled "The Lost Consonant". Very similar idea. Some links will be poted. |
