       The fact that is sold in health food stores tells me that it the products are way too expensive for the average consumer. When it shows up at Walmart I'll look at it.   

       The Quorn web sites mentions eggs and milk. Do you have any idea how they treat the chickens that lay the eggs and the calves of the cows that make the milk? Usually its quite disgusting. That leaves the fungus and some algae grown in tanks. I'm definitely for that, if it really tasts like meat.
