Every night, shut and empty all tube tunnels and stations and place a train at the beginning of every line. The trains are activated to travel to a station by the radioactive decay of a single atom placed in a detector in the cab. The direction of the particle ejected during the decay determines which
station the train travels to. As the tube system is empty, it acts as a large Schroedinger box, ensuring that by morning all the trains are in a quantum superposition of being at all the stations at once.
Just hop on a train in the morning and you will find yourself simultaneously at your home station and your work station, thereby avoiding having to travel between the two.

I have no idea as to what you are talking about. |

Would this fix the Northern line? |
No. Nothing will ever fix the Northern Line. Not even this. |
Will the imminent quantum jump in the length of Jubilee Line trains affect this? |

Mobius strip rails! Now why didn't I think of that? - //The next train is the Northbound service, calling at Edgware via everywhere. Mind the temporal gap// |
//Just hop on a train in the morning// It would be best to let the system run optimally during the morning commute. Allow boarding after 10:00 when the volume is less, thereby inconveniencing less travellers by the collapse of the system. Clear everyone out around 15:00 and start over to resume super-scheduling for the evening commute. |

You could only be everywhere if you blacked out the windows.

Sorry I'm late. My probability wavefront collapsed - turns out I wasn't on the train at all. Hadn't even got out of bed, in fact. |
Probably better off just riding *that* bike. |
So, will you age at a different rate than your non-commuting friends and family? |
What happens if the transit workers go on strike? |
Nothing, until somebody observes them. |

[po] I have come to the conclusion, that if I do not understand something it makes me special, I used to be special before I learnt to fix a dripping tap :) |

This is much better than the quantum bus system they have in Hawaii. It is operated by people who may or may not hate US servicemen enough to take off the bus before they can get on and then drive slowly enough to let them chase the bus through X number of stations, after which you will be tired enough to fall asleep, arriving at a quantum state where you both reach, and miss your destination simultaneously, even if you wake up soon enough to pull the stop cord which they both see and ignore simultaneously. |
