Quite simply, for physical objects like electronic parts that need a datasheet, or a paperback version of piratebay, define a QR code standard that combines two items.

A standard URL to the desired file or pdf, and a 'fallback' magnet url. The software on the scanning device can first check for the pdf on the link, or if not possible, they can look for the file via bittorrent magnet-links.

This will hopefully encourage better documentation of physical objects in a semi-permanent manner that is a little more resilient against 'website shutting' down problem.

I hope to see this markings in 'circuit boards' and maybe even ICs if possible. E.g. Scan the IC, and get an instant datasheet.
