Public Climate Change Sirens

This device is a combination of an alarm clock, a weather station and a vending machine. Placed on every street corner, a loud piercing siren sounds constantly, 24 hours a day non-stop loudly to alert everyone that global warming, global cooling and climate change are all really real.

The only way to silence the Climate Change Siren is by making a payment, insert cash or swipe a credit card and the Siren will go silent. The Siren will remain silent until the systems senses more climate change. If a temperature change is detected, if a breeze is detected the siren will reactivate.

A portion of the proceeds may be spent fighting global warming and or on development of a PU-38 Space Modulator which will be used to extinguish the sun.

Presumably the unit will be whittled from sustainably-sourced driftwood and powered by a windmill ...

//The Siren will remain silent until the systems senses more climate change.// How will it discriminate "weather" from "climate change", given that climatologists can't?
