So a "pool noodle pony tail holder". + |
There is some kind of rollers (curlers) made of pool
noodle stuff, but more important, please post said
picture of yourself! |
It looks like I even have some kind of cross on my forehead.
Maybe it was Ash Wednesday. |
Thank you! That is very awesome. I'm bunning you!+ |
Yup, just cause of the link I'll bun this. Way to go
Jesus. But then if you are Jesus, can't you make your
hair behave anyway? Gosh, one would hope so. My
salvation is in your hands and you're worried about
your hair? Wow. |
No I'm not that kind of Jesus. Salvation shmalvation, I can't
even get my hair to go straight. |
The pool noodles I was picturing are about three inches thick and four feet long... I had to wonder just how much hair you had anyway. |
I was hoping you could boil them in water and eat
them when you are done with them. With a little
butter and Tarragon. Yummy. |

What [2 Fries] said! That is why I needed a pic. We
float on pool noodles. |

Miniature pool noodles? The structures I was imagining
could involve things like a cone with lots of holes in it that
would act like putting lots of up-ponytails on a head, or
like up-dreadlocks. Just made out of the same material as
pool noodles. I imagine with 3d printing that someone is
already doing something like this. I saw some crazy 3d
printed hats the other day. It could make possible the
mathematical styling if hair, so parabolic fans etc. |
That is a small pool noodle. People really throw that in the pool? I would think it would clog the filter. |
But yes: hair. A problem I have with pool noodles as personal adornments is their prosaicity. I envision a bilayer noodle with an interior and exterior layer. The thin exterior layer has sigils carved out, revealing the interior different color. One could then bend the noodle into a Sign of Solomon. Noodles could be carved to look like Book of Kells beasts, which are known to love being wrapped in knots. |
