Map the depth to a music scale of your choice, and listen to the planet's creation story.

Saw something like this in an episode of that fantastic comic 2000AD. There was an asteroid carved in to a disc with one long canyon spiraling from the outer edge in to the center. The they bred special animal that all had perfect pitch and cultivated them in the proper place in the canyon. Once the colonies were established they got a spaceship with a very large protusion on the bottom, that perfectly fitted the canyon and flew from the outer edge in to the middle, with the protusion in the canyon squishing all the little animals. As they died they called out their last cry, in perfect pitch, thereby making the song. |

I think that even though the little animals had perfect pitch, they might make some noises in other pitches when squished. Squishing noises, maybe. Plus without them no-one else can play the song, so the whole asteroid becomes useless. |

One could do this virtually using google earth, reduced only to elevations. Needle paths that would produce a given tune could be discovered on the world and then plotted. The video would contain images from places along that path. |

So using [bungston]'s method to compose music with, the score would include GPS coordinates, compass vectors, speeds, and suggestions such as "accellerando, with time lapse". |

If there is an equation to everything then there should be a universal music score to the natural shape and rhythms of the physical universe.
The problem is that variables and constants to make the music sweet to life depends on that, yet to be, equation. |
