These small "flashers" mounted on velcro straps attached to the upper arms give fellow pedestrians warning of your impending left or right turn. No more wondering which way to sidestep when oncoming pedestrians almost collide. Ideal for those busy shopping mall situations.

       Well, I beleive the personal indicators could well be used with the pedestrian brake lights for a more comprehensive approach to pedestrian traffic management.
