In a traditional paper book, the desired word is overprinted with a transparent ionised or statically charged pattern. The user presses on the word with their finger, and then presses on the screen of their internet device. The pattern is transferred onto the capacitative screen which parses it into a url and displays the web-page.

       I don't think braille or embossing would be transferrable.   

       Nice idea, if something can be found that can be picked up and transferred easily without either rubbing off the page, or remaining on the user's finger (otherwise you'd need to wash your hands after every one).
