A list in the "help" section of ideas you probably don't want to ever look at, despite the innocuous title.
We haven't read "Penis drink dispenser" and don't intend to ever do so - it sounds disgusting. But some unpleasant ideas are carefully camouflaged.
The list is maintained by site moderators
and ideas are flagged for inclusion by a [marked-for-avoidance] meta tag.

//Penis drink dispenser// It's a terrible idea, but I added an improvement. |

But, I have heard, it is theoretically possible to make an idea distasteful through the addition of annotations, so the innocuous ideas would have to be constantly checked. |
|
|
This is more to guard against the in-your-face projectile-vomiting nastiness that some ideas express in the body text. After all, the idea owner does have the option to delete unpleasant annotations. |

But VJ introduced me to the incredibly colorful life of Ben
Frost. I was mildly insulted by the idea, but have come to
love his work. So what's a woman to do? |

I find it more effective to just block certain users. |

That's a bit indiscriminate. Some contributors manage to cover a huge range, from the soaring heights of clever, likeable and witty ideas to the depths of appaling dross and squalid, disgusting obscenity. |
|
|
Merely excluding all ideas on the basis of one bad one is inefficient. Our suggestion is intended to flag up only the gratuitous fishbone-magnets. |

To be disgusted or insulted is a personal emotion, one of the multitude of gifts of human life experience. Any stimulus within societal rules, that moves one to experience has to be allowed. |

As [8th of 7] said, like stress, anything but a random, sporadic punctuation should be frowned upon. And personal choice always can be invoked. |
