I am going to invent a removable cross hair that you can put on your moniter so that you can no scope with ease. Definately not allowed in tournaments and removable so you can take it off before anyone sees you with it and removes your thumbs. This would be for Counterstrike for use with Ops, Scouts, etc.

Not presented as an idea, but as a statement of your future plans. Please consider rewording. I kinda like the idea though. How about a little stick on ruler for the Tiger Wood's game for when you putt? That would be nice, too.

Baked in most newer video card drivers. Although I don't see how this is any better than the game's native crosshair.

Can't you just draw one with a dry erase marker then wipe it off when the thumbcutters show up?

I've used one of these, made from blu-tac, in Half-Life deathmatch. Most weapons in it have a crosshair, but just one, a mounted heavy machinegun, lacks it. A blu-tac dot in the centre of the screen solved the problem.

I understood between very little and none of the idea and annos here. Somehow, though, I'm not too sad about thatfact.
