Instead of having napkins in a napkin holder on a table you get this guy in a suit whose job it is to have people wipe their hands on him. It'd be like the bread stick person at fizoli's. In fact this idea spawned off in to a song our band plays about a super hero named Napkin Man. It's a long story...you really don't want to know.

       Is there only one Napkin Man? For a busy restaurant you need at least one for every couple of tables. That way no one has to sit around with messy fingers waiting for the Napkin Man to run over to their side of the room.
