MultiMIDI
Create a protocol in which musicians can creat music, or jam, together on the Intenet, using MIDI | |
It would be great if someone (I am no programmer) could write a program, some kind of MIDI recording program, which has a multiplayer ability.
So you can log on to a server, an IRC like network, for exemple. Maybe you can even use IRC for it. Then you can create your own little chatboxes, in which
you can jam with your friend form the Internet.
If some programmer is interrested, I'd like to get in contact, and try to build this device. It doesn't seem to hard to me.

Baked. Look in the references section of the link I posted - TransMIDI sounds closest to what you're proposing, though Res Rocket sounds more fun. |
