Like, Sunday morning on my way to the 8am date...I was Komegome station. Which could replaced with

,gome

so saving ink and stuff like that.

Also useful in other fields...for example, at a recent art exhibition, one visitor was heard to say "it's not exactly modern" to which his companion murmured "it's a . piece."

Admittedly that only works in American English..

I suspect the responses will be ÷d on this. On the one h&, some will feel th@ this idea makes no ¢s, and €nly going to confuse people. They can argue this point ~ cows come home, and to a certain º they're right. Personally, though, I find this idea without =, and have a ¥ to see folks © and left your example of writing with punctuation marks.

And then there's [Max], who could apparently stand to get some more fiber in his diet, and should maybe go £ a few ^s.

This will never catch on. I wouldn't risk my ass on betting that this is so, but I'd gladly offer [8th]'s *

[+] Although somewhat similar to emoticons (but in a different way) I really like punctuation and would gladly like to use it for other purposes. That being said, I'd like to see some new punctuation marks being invented, but for now I must ---

So you`re saying I should put it in my | and smoke it?

       Verbal is tougher . .

I can pronounce a question mark and an explanation mark, but some punctuation is harder to state.

Say {((( )))} three times fast.
