Mask attachment ear piercings

Ear piercings which consist of powerful rare-earth magnets with stud attachments.

Install in ear; face mask has corresponding metal tabs that stick to the ear piercings - simply "click" on. No need to hook a tickly cord around the ears, doesn't interfere with spectacles.

The masks are disposable, so the metal tabs aren't magnets themselves, just cheap bits of steel.

       It's eerie.

       Yes, we looked at those; but these magnets aren't "implanted", they utilize existing ear piercing holes.

       They are close Prior Art, but not the same thing.

       Yes, those came up on google too, and they're already magnetised. But we wanted something that re-used existing fixture hardpoints, but still used magnets.

       There are lots of variations around the idea, but nothing that's exactly the same. Hence, it's an innovation.

       We were hoping to use this product to leverage sales of one of our other innovations ... <link>

       // would tug uncomfortably, and not necessarily in the right direction. //

       A sensation familiar to many, for instance when walking past the window of a motorcycle dealership with a Significant Other who (inexplicably) does not wish to salivate over the machines on offer, and forestalls any attempt to enter the establishment by applying a firm grip to the nearest available earlobe and then hauling mercilessly...

       // (+) for innovation, [-] for practicality. //

       A perfect definition of a halfbaked idea.

       // Make sure you market it as non-returnable, all sales final. //

       It didn't work so well with the job-lot of boomerangs....
