I would love an added option onto my internet browser. The option to grab a "spray brush", "pencil" or other common MS Paint utilities and draw on websites. Due to obvious reasons, my computor would be the only one able to see the changes I make. Whenever you re-visit that specific site, your drawings would re-appear.

Uses: boredom (draw moustaches on pictures of annoying people), Homework (underline specific things or draw quick sketches), Reminders (On your start-up site have a reminder to get some custard, milk, etc.) and many others.

Other options: e-mail changes to other people would be nice, an "off" button, and a clear-all-memory button.

We did this one. I distinctly remember illustrating it. I think the idea was deleted, tho, so fair game.

There are (or have been) serveral BHOs for vandalizing or leaving "post-it notes" on websites. Generally, the only people who see the overlain content are other users with the same browser plugin.

+, but what if you get a different pop-up ad next time?

Tim Berners-Lee talks about this in his book "Weaving the Web". I can't remember what he calls the technology.

Why you would want to link a web technology to Microsoft, is beyond me, though.
