The phrase 'crumpled heap' comes to mind.

Lying through someone else's teeth

I was thinking maybe a three sets of clip on prosthetic teeth, ranging from the dental moulds and/or reconstructions from dental records/x-rays or whatever.

The sets could be modelled on Bill Clinton, Baron Münchhausen and Richard Nixon, in any order you choose, from the little white lie to the real whopper of a lie.

Yes, but the phrase is "lying _in_ one's teeth".
