If my very fashionable skirt and my knickers are both three inches below my navel, why do top-of-the-line, cutting-edge pantyhose have about a 15 inch rise? I wear them for warmth & coverage on damp spring days; I'm not really interested in the "shaping effect" (i.e. boa-constrictor squeeze on the abdomin)
or the "energizing effect" (which I don't even understand); I just know that my underwear doesn't need to reach the bottom of my bra - it's unsightly and uncomfortable.
try typing "low-rise pantyhose" in your search bar...

I'm all for women's comfort in apparel. Some of you guys wear the wierdest things. |

I see where you're coming from though. Who wants their sexy, low-rise, hip-hanging style cramped by a big old paira belly warmers? |

[porpoise] I suggest that your low-rise pantyhose would brilliantly match with a set of very fine lacy elastic suspenders (green or pink pastel) that could be worn up and over the shoulders, outside a T-shirt. |

I'm a little confused. If your stomach is worth baring, why not your legs?! |

"Hipster" tights - Sorry pantyhose - are defintely baked as my wife buys them. But if she doesn't have them, she simply pulls up the normal ones and then folds the over until the are the right height., and that seems to work perfectly fine as well. So baked, and also, to some extent, unnecessary. Fish. |
