You a slacker? Can't be bothered to change your underwear for days, or even weeks at a time? Than this is for you.
The basic structure is similar to the old style hand drying systems that were common before cheap folded paper towels or the devices that blow at your damp hands like an asmatic octogenerian.
Imagine a backpack with two rollers. On the upper roller is a nice long roll of soft comfy cotton cloth. The lower roller is empty. The cloth is extended over the shoulder of the wearer, through their legs and back up to be attached to the lower roller. When the wearer considers it "time for a change" he (oh it will ALWAYS be a 'he') turns a crank on the backpack, which rolls the soiled portion onto the lower roller while pulling a fresh section down into the area of use. When the clean roll is empty and the dirty full, he just calls a service to come out and change it for him. I expect that this could be an additional service offered by diaper companies. The dirty roll goes away and a fresh one is installed. Ready for another month or two of use!

Sounds like you've reinvented the toga, which was just a long roll of cloth wrapped around the body. |
Odd. I don't remember the two rollers and the crank on togas in any depictions of everyday life in ancient Rome I've ever seen. |
Probably because rollers weren't invented until the eighteenth century or something. Okay, let's amend that to, congratulations, you've just invented the roller-driven toga. |
The toga hangs to the side rather than between the legs. |
But I still can't see any mileage in carrying around soiled underwear, on a roller or not. |

Hope you're carrying around your Long Use Deoderant
Spray with ya. Peeeeeuuuuuuwwww! |

I wonder what the world's record is for not changing one's own underwear? (has to be an alive guy though, the mummy pharoas of egypt don't count) |

Me dear old mum's a nurse, and admittedly prone to exaggeration. But still, her account of a set of wool long johns permanently bonded to skin is compelling. |
