LaserWay

Driveway lights need to be strung and dug into the ground. It also helps when you make them look neat and evenly spaced. The solar powered lights are dimmer and both types of lights can be vandalized easily.

Not so with LaserWay. LaserWay projects a pattern of points and lines onto a driveway or walkway and it is mounted next to the sensor lights near your roof. Just aim the device when you mount it and set the parameters of where it can project. The powerful green lasers won't be drowned out by the headlights. They can even work in conjunction with the sensor lights in order to spell out greetings or change to a more dynamic pattern. There are many styles and patterns to choose from.

Lights buried in snow? LaserWay can't get buried and reflects really well off snow.

       632.8 nm would give you a red light. Green HeNe lasers operate at 543.5 nm. Tube life is about 10000 operating hours for small-diameter tubes.   

       A green diode laser would be less expensive than a green HeNe, but still more expensive than a red diode.

       I like this idea, especial the part where all your neighbors get blinded when they try to see where the green dots in your driveway are coming from.

       Actually, I figured if the laser were to only point to the edges of the driveway the beam would rarely encounter the windshield of the car unless you drove in the grass. Could also have the lasers for the grass to accompany the music at your BBQ.   

       Also, you could have the laser at night on your lawn and put up a signal that roughly translates as "Humans Land Here." So far none have.
