Rather than being simple solid fill, each shape is a human figure (on a transparent background) in a position which fills enough of the area to make it obvious which of the five shapes it is. (There's still only five tetris shapes, but many different figure variations).

Once dropped they animate, in their various positions, with the ones adjacent (or occasionally by themselves). While an area is filled enough that no dropped shapes can intrude, the figures are free to wander around, interacting with each other.
