Jerks for Charity

Wear an armband and be humiliated for it

This charity would consist of two sides. It would sell (at cost) armbands. It would also collect money for well-functioning charities supporting worthy causes. For every $100 donated a person would receive a "jerk card" entitling them to make some obnoxious, belittling, or inconveniencing statement or act to anyone wearing the armband. Such things as cutting in line (if everyone is wearing the armband), stealing a parking place, or questioning their ancestory. Obviously no property damage or physical violence would be condoned. At this point the jerk would be obligated to tear in half (to prevent re-use) and hand over his card and all would be forgiven.

Optionally a person would be able to send in a torn card for a $20 refund.

So, like usual, the rich can act like jerks and the poor just have to be subservient.

People wearing the armbands do so in hopes of supporting the charity not with their moneys but with their indomitable spirits?
