Presumably, though, the simpler (i.e. cheaper) cameras would be better than nothing. You're most interested in temperatures above room temperature, so you won't need fancy cooling and so forth. |

baaaah, why bother unengineering a perfectly well-
engineered engineering solution? Peltiers are
cheap.... and you can route the exhaust into the
microwave interior for a bit of extra heating oomph. |
