In order to deal with the explosion of ludicrous warning labels, potential lawsuits, and nonsense, I propose the development of an ISO-Fool standard. All frivolous product-liability issues that pass the ISO-Fool standard are granted an exemption from lawsuit for that failure mode.

By the same reliable think-tank that oversees ISO-Granny, ISO-Fool certifiers are hand-picked from a short list of certifiable idiots, who go through an intensive background check, credit check, spelling test, software usage, vehicle operations test, math pop-quiz, machine shop practicum, and kitchen appliance applications exam. Notably dumb accomplishments are highlighted on the potential standard fool's resume, along with GPA at the last schooling level completed.

Not so common, is it?
Nothing is fool proof.
