Like a hot water bottle, but shoes. Preferably made with that trendy plastic stuff that changes colour when it's hot. With a fluffy inside.

       I think you'd quickly be forced to deal with a tradeoff between having more water (to hold more heat) and having less water (so that the shoes don't weigh enough to make walking difficult). Have you ever tried ankle weights? It's amazing how tiring walking around for an hour with even small weights can be.

       Unless you can somehow re-heat and circulate the water you wouldn't want these in northern Canada.
