This appliance would be aimed at reducing the incredible amounts of space a plastic jug occupies. I realize many cities recycle, but bear with me. If we combine a small wood/plastic chipper, a heating element and a small robust mold a person could reduce their waste plastic bags and jugs into something
small and useful. Like plastic golf tees, electrical socket plugs, kids toys, clothes pins. If the dies can be made cheap enough you could have a whole line of MIY (make it yourself) products.

you put plastic in with glass, bliss? |

we have heard of the concept of re-cycling but it ranks alongside mad cow disease and genetic engineering. I told my neighbour off yesterday for putting an old refrigerator in a skip but he just shrugged and said "its there now" |

Drat, I knew I didn't look hard enough. Cudos to Imback for thinking of it first, it's an interesting idea. |

Only work with thermoform plastics. I doubt most people would know enough to separate out the correct plastics for this. |
